Accommodation description:
Landgasthof Wasserfall is a cosy family hotel in the village of Fusch an der Großglocknerstraße, surrounded by the snow-covered mountains of the Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. The hotel combines traditional Alpine style with modern comfort. Guests appreciate the pleasant atmosphere, the excellent cuisine, the relaxing wellness area and the proximity of the popular ski resorts Zell am See and Kaprun. Ideal for families, couples and small groups.
Winter activities in the area:
The location of the hotel is ideal for a winter holiday – the nearest ski bus stop is 250 m from the hotel, the ski rental approx. 100 m. The ski areas Zell am See – Kaprun (Areitbahn, Maiskogelbahn) are approx. 14 km away (approx. 10–12 minutes' drive). Ski passes can be bought directly at the hotel reception (cash payment).
Nationalpark WinterCard
The stay also includes the winter version of the Nationalpark WinterCard discount card, which offers reduced entry to selected attractions, museums and other activities in the area during the winter season.
Location:
The hotel is in the quiet village of Fusch am Großglocknerstraße, about 13 km from Zell am See and Kaprun. It is an ideal starting point for skiing, winter hiking and trips around the Hohe Tauern area.
Facilities:
The hotel offers 27 bright, quiet rooms in the main building and in the annexe (approx. 200 m), a traditional restaurant, a bar, a sun terrace and a ski store with a boot dryer. Free WiFi and parking are a matter of course. Dietary and gluten-free meal options are available on request.
Wellness:
Sauna, infrared cabin, waterfall shower, relaxation room. Massages on request (for a fee).

All rooms have a double bed or separate beds, solid wood furniture, a shower/WC, a hairdryer, cable TV with radio, a safe and Wi-Fi. Triple and quadruple rooms are double rooms with extra beds, a sofa bed or a bunk bed. The rooms are in the main building or in the annexe about 200 metres away.
Double room Mini without a balcony: approx. 17 m², maximum occupancy: 2 adults.
Double room Standard: approx. 19 m², some rooms have a balcony, maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child. Accommodation for a 3rd person on request.
Family room: approx. 24 m², some rooms have a balcony, some an attic. It has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed or a bunk bed for two people. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults + 1 child.
Single room: approx. 15 m², maximum occupancy: 1 adult.
