The hotel is located in a quiet area 3 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, surrounded by the beautiful mountains of the Zillertal valley. The popular ski areas and cable cars Penken (6 km) and Ahorn (2 km) are just a short drive away and the nearest ski bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The resort is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling and other outdoor activities all year round, with a cross-country piste right outside the door.

The Ferienhif offers spacious, well-equipped rooms, each of which offers a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
The house was built 300 years ago and the last complete renovation took place in 2015.
