Sporthotel Dachstein West is a pleasant family hotel in Annaberg im Lammertal, set in the alpine landscape of the Dachstein West area. It offers comfortable rooms in a traditional style with wooden features and facilities for a relaxed stay. The hotel has a restaurant, a bar, a terrace and a wellness zone with a sauna and a steam bath, ideal for recovery after an active day. In summer the area is popular with hikers, mountain bikers and families with children, thanks to a wide network of marked trails, cable cars and adventure trails. The biggest attractions nearby include the Dachstein West mountain area with its panoramic views, the picturesque Gosau valley with the lake Gosausee, world-famous Hallstatt, historic Salzburg full of monuments and cultural life, and the cable cars in Annaberg as starting points for mountain trips.
Location:
The hotel is right in the centre of Annaberg im Lammertal, in front of the magnificent mountain backdrop of the Salzburger Dolomiten. Just 150 m from the Kopfbergbahn cable car. Shops, restaurants and inns and the nearest bus stop are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 100 m from the hotel). The Heufigurenweg (a themed trail open all year) is about 260 m away, the sports centre about 1 km.
