The family apartment in the centre of Umhausen is on the 2nd floor and offers you two rooms of 63 m2 (3-6 people), each with a handmade double bed of local pine for your restful sleep, and a living and dining area with access to a balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun after an exhausting mountain hike. Right next to the living area is a generously equipped kitchen.

The flat is on the ground floor of a residential house in a quiet location, about 15 minutes' walk from the centre of Umhausen. It is ideal for families. A spacious living room with its own tiled stove for the cold winter months. The apartment with 90m2 (4-8 people) consists of 3 separate bedrooms (double beds), a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker, an oven, a microwave and a cosy seating area. The kitchen gives easy access to the terrace or the garden (65m2).
Marlenka 2 is about 250 m from the bus stop, so it is perfect to use public transport for your activities in the valley.

Umhausen lies in the middle of the Ötztal at an altitude of 1036 m, from where you can reach all the peaks of the valley comfortably and in a short time.
